YOUR COMFORT ZONE
🔸Being in your comfort zone.🔸
It feels good, doesn’t it?
This feeling of no danger.
No risks.
You know it all.
No challenges.
No uncertainty.
No change.
"Stability" all the time.
You feel safe in your comfort zone. You know what’s happening.
You have the controll.
No confrontations.
No big thinking.
No decisions.
No questions.
You like that.
WHERE HAVE YOU BECOME TOO COMFORTABLE?
➡️But there’s one thing about staying in your comfort zone:
🔸What you like might not be what you truly need.🔸
➡️There’s another thing about staying in your comfort zone:
🔸The moment when you have missed that it happend.🔸
That “it happened”?
➡️Yes, the moment when you have become too comfortable in your comfort zone.
Without noticing it.
You have invited comfort to stay with you.
And it won't leave you now.
It makes sure to hold on to you so you don't go anywhere.
So you stand still.
So you stand still while being comfortable.
Without saying anything.
Accepting it.
➡️Yes, it is important to stay in your comfort zone:
To rest, to be proud of yourself, to look back.
To tell youreself how far you’ve come.
➡️But it gets challenging when you decide to settle down in this “comfortable land”.
When you decide to make friends with your comfort zone.
THE BALANCE BETWEEN STAYING AND STEPPING OUT FROM YOUR COMFORT ZONE
➡️It is about the balance:
The balance between staying in the comfort zone and stepping out of it.
Stay in the comfort zone to rest, to pause, to be “less serious”.
But then, make sure to enter “the challenge zone” again.
Think about it:
➡️How many of your best learnings and experiences came from uncomfortable moments?
